What kind of products do you sell?
We specialise in all things party! From spooky Halloween costumes (like our devil outfits and ghost costumes) to festive Christmas jumpers, and everything in between. Whether you’re looking for Harry Potter wigs, Day of the Dead accessories, or fluorescent hair spray, we’ve got you covered for any themed event.
Do you offer costumes for all ages?
Absolutely! Our range includes costumes and accessories suitable for adults, children, and everyone in between. We believe everyone deserves to have fun at a party!
How can I be sure about the size before ordering?
We provide detailed size guides for all our clothing items. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort, especially for those fabulous fancy dress outfits!

🚚 Delivery & Shipping

Where do you deliver?
We ship our party magic worldwide! Well, almost worldwide – we currently don’t deliver to Asia and a few remote areas. But from Liverpool to the rest of the globe, we’ve got you covered.
What are my delivery options?
We offer two super convenient options:
– Standard Shipping (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 days after processing.
– Free Shipping: For orders over £50, via EMS, delivered in 15-25 days after processing.
All orders take 1-2 business days to process in our Liverpool warehouse before shipping.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes! For Standard Shipping orders, we’ll send you tracking information once your package is on its way. You can follow your party treasures right to your door!
How long will my delivery take?
After we process your order (1-2 business days), please allow:
– 10-15 days for Standard Shipping
– 15-25 days for Free Shipping
Remember to order early during peak seasons like Halloween and Christmas!

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, plus PayPal for extra convenience.
Is there a minimum order value?
No minimum order value! Though if you spend £50 or more, you’ll qualify for our fabulous Free Shipping option.
Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden fees here! The price you see is what you pay, plus shipping unless you qualify for free delivery. We’re all about transparent fun!

What if I need to return an item?
Not completely thrilled? No worries! We accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Just contact us at [email protected], and we’ll guide you through our simple return process.
What condition do items need to be in for returns?
Items must be unused and in their original packaging with tags attached. We want them to be party-ready for their next adventure!
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account will depend on your payment method.

📦 Order Issues

What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Oh dear! We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and details, and we’ll make it right faster than you can say “Beetlejuice” three times!
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders super quickly to get your party started! If you need to make changes, contact us immediately, and we’ll try our best to help if your order hasn’t been processed yet.
What if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
First, check your tracking information. If there’s still an issue, reach out to us, and we’ll investigate with our delivery partners to find your party package!

We’re proudly based in Liverpool, UK! You can find us at 30 Ranelagh St, Liverpool, GB L2E 7QB. Though we’re an online shop, we love our Liverpool roots.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we’re online only, which helps us keep our prices spooktacularly low! But who knows what the future might hold…
