Hey there, party people! So you’ve received your fabulous fancy dress outfit, but something’s not quite right? Don’t fret! At Party Persona Shop, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase (because a happy customer is the life of the party!).
While we strive to make every shopping experience spooktacular, we understand that sometimes you might need to return or exchange an item. Our returns policy is designed to be as flexible as our Harry Potter robes!
Our Returns Policy
We’re happy to accept returns or exchanges for most items within 15 days of you receiving your order. All returned items must be:
- In original condition (unworn, unwashed, and undamaged)
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Halloween Masks & LED items (once opened, for hygiene reasons)
- Colour Hair Spray (opened cosmetic products)
- Halloween Wigs (if the packaging has been opened)
- Personalised or custom-made items
- Any items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery
Sale items can only be exchanged for store credit.
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange your item:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Returns Authorization Number and instructions on how to proceed.
- Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
- Include the Returns Authorization Number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship the package to our address (we’ll provide this in our email response).
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or exchange!

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your payment method or bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your original order, the value of the standard shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship out your replacement item. If the replacement item costs more than the original, you’ll need to pay the difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.
