Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95) via DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping on orders over £50 via EMS – 15-25 business days after dispatch

Delivery Areas: We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote regions. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons (Halloween, Christmas).

5. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! Our returns policy is designed to be as flexible as our Batman capes.

Return Window: You may return most items within 15 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions: All returned items must be:

• In original condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged)
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Halloween Masks & LED items (once opened)
• Colour Hair Spray (opened cosmetic products)
• Halloween Wigs (if packaging has been opened)
• Personalised or custom-made items
• Any items that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery

Sale items can only be exchanged for store credit.

Return Process: Contact us within 15 days at [email protected] with your order number. We’ll provide a Returns Authorization Number and instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
